Expo 2020 Pacifik Island Tribez Support Dubai Tourism Onboard Al Ali Luxury Yacht
AS part of the collective agreement made by our Excellencies and Commissioner Generals attending Expo 2020 Dubai in October for fellow Pacific Island Country’s to look after each during the 6 months of Expo 2020 Dubai, various programs and activities have been planned in the past few weeks which will see our fellow Islanders from the Blue Pacific Ocean working closely together to help promote our respective Cultures and Traditions and to collaborate and promote unity as a Pacific Family.
Thanks also to the support of our fellow Wantok from Papua New Guinea Ms Rose Sweetapple and our Solomon Islands Deputy Commissioner General and Pavilion Director Mr Dennis Marita together with the blessings of our Commissioner of our Commissioner Ambassador Moses Kouni Mose, an important aspect of our collaboration is to also support external stakeholders in the United Arab Emirates such as the Tourism Sector.
On Thursday 17th November,2021, 30 members of our Expo 2020 Pasifik Tribez led by Mr Dennis Marita and Jacinta Manua boarded the luxury 70 foot yacht ‘Al Ali’ from the famous Dubai Marina for a four bonding trip upon calm seas of the Persian Gulf.
The Dubai harbour excursion also gave us an opportunity to get acquainted more closer as ‘One Pasifik Family’ thus resonating with the Theme of Expo 2020 to ‘Connect Minds as Pacific Peoples and Creating the Future where our Leaders can engaged and help create that pathway where our future Pacific generations also have re-connect with where all life started on Planet Earth; ‘The Middle East’.
Let’s Remain United Pacific Peoples @ Expo 2020 Dubai.
